Photos from the Bunker (Our Fastlane Photo Journal)
HOT!Had a terrible day yesterday, drove over two hours on I guess what you could call a road.... was sent the wrong coordinates to a rig. The evening ended with a flat tire I changed in the dark only to find my spare barely had any air pressure and wasn’t drivable ( I had not checked it in a year)...- Sethamus

How to quit video games
MINDSETWake up workout, work 12 hour days, and cook your own dinner. Hard to find extra time after that, you will have to decide to play video games or work on another business.- Sethamus

Random Chat, Thoughts, Posts, and/or Rants Thread
HOT! CHATExercise is meant for everyone. A "skinny fat" guy is the same as someone bigger. Both are out of shape and have little useful muscle to do stuff they would like to. 4 years with not working out made me lazier than I ever had been. Also, it sucks to get back in from scratch again, but I finally...- Sethamus

Future of vacation rentals?
REAL ESTATESo potentially less volume on the market, making prices get close to existing...potentially more if many have signed over 1 year long term contracts. So a purchase mid to late summer might make a good deal with plans to get in the market in the fall.- Sethamus

Future of vacation rentals?
REAL ESTATEHey guys/gals, I was just curious of y'all thought of where the market is headed for the next few years? Both in terms of the greater housing market( I've read some stuff on here already), but more importantly how the vacation rental market could be affected (airbnb, vrbo, etc.). I have a SFH I...- Sethamus

HOT! CHATI didn't want to get yelled at by @MJ DeMarco for not taking "sell me Saturday" seriously as this is more of a rant (though I would fully offer this service if you honestly suck with money and budgeting). So introducing my new service: -Are you STRESSED with being shut in during the quarantine...- Sethamus

The Worldwide C0VlD-19 Coronavirus Pandemic Discussion Thread...
HOT!Why do people with other STds not get prosecuted, or some states not have laws preventing this?(this is state mandated not federal). I would argue consent and intent to harm. If I go in public I still know that I am likely to talk to someone that has the virus and it is easily spread. If the...- Sethamus

HOT!I think his argument was that anyone currently out in public today is aware of the risk of getting it from everyone else who is in public. If you do not want to catch it, then you practice social distance and keep yourself quarantined. Your argument of drunk driving doesn't compare at all. You...- Sethamus

HOT!Here is my office during the Quarantine. A little jealous of the people at home with their family, but I'm not complaining. How do I learn how to talk?
