Ebay store with erratic profit, any advice as to why?

Are you selling the same item(s) every single month, or does your inventory change over time? If what you sell is not consistent, the results will hardly be consistent either.

Can you describe the process for creating the FB video? How do the hyenas know what to copy?

Way to Unscription and Gratitude - a paradox?

    MINDSET RANT
I don't see the conflict here. Everyday I write out things I'm grateful for or particularly proud of, then I also write out my goals. Being grateful is a healthy mind state that is different than being complacent. Quit thinking about it and start doing it. You'll see, they don't conflict...

This is what 60 Pounds (27 KGS) Looks Like

    GOLD!
Oh man, you're going to crush it. If by chance, down the road (weeks, months, or even years) you need to shift gears or whatever due to a plateau, I'd be happy to brainstorm ideas on PM, skype, or cell phone, whatever you need. I'm sure there are plenty of others around here that would do the...

This is what 60 Pounds (27 KGS) Looks Like

    GOLD!
I weigh myself every morning and write the number in the top right corner of TheFastlaneDaily. If you saw me today, you'd probably wonder why since my physique is pretty good. It's simple, you can't manage what you don't measure, besides a huge benefit is.... When I go off diet, I have a daily...

    Fastlane Parenting (Tips, Tactics...)

    GOLD! PEOPLE
And this IS the best education available today. One on One home learning (whether the parent does it, or it's outsourced) is the equivalent of a super car while public school is the equivalent of a city run bus. One is great for moving a lot of people along a prescribed route rather slowly, and...

Just overheard an entire Kiyoski based MLM pitch. Wow, that was painful.

That meeting sounds absolutely miserable. I hope you could sit back and just think to yourself, "I sure am thankful I'm not THAT guy"

    Robert kiyosaki method

    HOT! REAL ESTATE
Here's his method, step by step: 1. Work for a guru and learn the ropes 2. Invent a fictitious story to teach wealth platitudes to the multitude 3. Publish a book 4. Get on Oprah to sell said book 5. Promote MLM in said book and get MLM's to buy it en masse 6. Go around the country offering...

Control - eBay ended all listings

Ten or so years ago, eBay was bigger than Amazon in pretty much every possible way. Unfortunately, you're seeing one big reason they're an after-thought these days instead of the main event. As much as it sucks, remember that it's how fast you get back up that counts. Take the hit and keep...

    YouTube Shooter and Scripted Mindset

    MINDSET
Lesson be learned. While (thankfully) I haven't seen the violence, I've seen companies do this sort of thing time and time again. eBay did it. Amazon did it. YouTube did it. Facebook did it. Google did it. They'll all do it again... and by "it" I mean screw the little guy out of their money in...

How I made $4,000 in 3 months By Executing HARD

    NOTABLE!
As someone with interest in this area, I find your story quite impressive. Excellent job! The Lumix is a wonderful choice. Final Cut is what will allow you to turn around projects fast. There's nothing faster. Keep doing what you're doing. I'm not looking to do a video service like you, but...

Idea INE: Low Carb Drinkable Yogurt

    IDEA
I'm fairly strict keto 80% of the time and I won't touch yogurt. It irks me to no end that all the yogurts for sale to give to my kids are of the low fat variety, not to mention many brands add sugar as if the lactose wasn't enough. Mentioning this just to say, good idea!

    Blissfully ignorant....no more!

    INTRO
You'll find threads or comments that fit your area of expertise, and often times people will simply want opinions, of which you're more than qualified to give. Don't worry about that. As for searching how and what, I recommend that you start a daily journal where you catalog things you don't...

Brick and Mortar Fitness Center Help

Without reaching the conclusion that seems obvious to everyone else, this part here seems to be the hangup from my vantage. Let's take two different gym franchises, both are making great money and expanding right now. At the $100 per month category, you have Orange Theory. There are no...

    GOLD! MARKETING
I've been reading through this gem of a thread the past few days. Thank you @SinisterLex. A good decade and a half ago, I had my own information product for sale. I came up with most of the ideas myself, wrote all of it myself, and did very little marketing. I got a lot of positive emails from...

    Why Ferraris Keep People Poor

    OFF-TOPIC
He's right, you know. A few months ago, I read Perennial Seller: The Art of Making and Marketing Work that Lasts, and the entire first half of the book was just like this video. It's all about making something great, being great, seeking greatness. When I played poker, we'd talk about process...

I want to be world-class but don't want the world-class effort! Tell me how!

    MINDSET RANT
As someone who spent two decades swimming and actually was the best swimmer at his college, I can confirm MJ's post. If someone asked me how to be a world class swimmer, I'd tell them to get used to the 5am's (6am was for Saturdays) like MJ said, and be prepared to do that for a few years...

Why so many people choose the Slowlane

    SLOWLANE
My best guess is because it's easy, and the more money you make, the easier it is. I don't mean it's actually easy, just that it's relatively easy. For instance, a person goes on some interviews and finally lands a job. The harder it was to get, the less likely the employee will want to quit...
