    Kurt, I haven't used one but I know of a guy that has a crime scene clean-up business. The stories I've heard from him could turn anyone's stomach. He says he has used ozone to remove certain "rotten" smells....I would think it could take care of those pet odors too!

    Good luck! I don't think you can go wrong for $10k. Just be sure to set up an LLC and get an umbrella policy to cover any liabilities. This applies whether or not you're going section 8, of course.
