The Mistake That a Lot (If Not All) of Us Make

The thing that really changed my financial lifestyle was when I started moving. I'd have to carry all my STUFF with me in my car and just realized I didn't need all of it. I started wanting to live more simplistic and overcame hoarding things just because it gave me a good memory or...

Good advice needed: How to monetize my sites?

    WEB/DIGITAL
I have a mix of 20+ blogs/forums running and it takes a lot of work to build and maintain. And I'm barely starting my strategy... I can't even imagine handling 1,000 sites. Just wondering, are they mini-sites, forums, or blogs? And are you able to cover all yearly domain renewal costs...

    ***** How we kid ourselves*******

Great post! I have a few bad habits I've been trying to overcome for a while. I'm making progress, but I know the significant results won't come until I fully commit NOW.

    New Tony Robbins Video

    MINDSET
Thanks for this video, it was life-changing for me. The biggest thing is implementing the needed rituals into my schedule that will clearly equate to better results in the short and especially long-term = run in the morning, give more effort in my relationships, ect. Also, our environment...

    I'm lost

It's a hard space to be in, moving from taking in so much information to finally take the first step towards the actual implementing. I don't think I've posted since I won the "junk" sell-off last month because of it :nono:, but I think it's different from person to person. Everyone has...

Getting a "JOB". What is your advice.

Thanks for the Magento rec. I need to check it out asap. As for the 3 sites listed above, they're similar, but are still different niches. Karmaloop is more streetwear and DJPremium is more luxury compared to Dr Jays. I've ordered from Karmaloop a few times, because they always seem to have...

    1st Annual “Junk-A-Thon†Challenge

    MINDSET
Here's my final list for the month. Not bad, but still have a long way to go. Took too long selling them on forums, so I just listed the bottom items on ebay when I had spare time. Have to subtract shipping/paypal/ebay fees from the final price and I live close to the post office so didn't...

Making money on the christmas toy craze?

To really answer your question, I don't see any money opp's this year. The year to make some extra cash was when the playstation II, elmos, and wiis all came out at once. I still have a picture of me with around 2 playstations, 10 elmos, and 8 wiis  Yes, I made good money that week...

    Igniting the Fire Within

    MINDSET
I have extreme passion at the moment, a lot of things are coming together after tons of hard work, but my flames more like a wildfire. I have to focus it. I have found that motivation from pictures, forum posts, ect. are very short term. Real motivation for me comes from seeing things come to...

    LLC or Sole Proprietorship?

    WEB/DIGITAL
For a business listing site, I think you would be fine with a sole prop. If you move onto anything major, or have even a slight chance you might get into some legal problems, switch over to an LLC. It's not that hard.

Making money alert---new money is old

I just wrote the same thing in my action thread! I recently started listing my old (but new condition) items and they are all selling extremely quick for the same price I bought or even more years ago. I need to focus on creating/delivering my own products asap. Not exactly sure what they...

    PROGRESS THREAD: CoMp1eX Action Thread...

    EXECUTION
Can't find the monthly sales thread... But I said I'd try to sell off a ton of items this month. Well, I just sold 3 pairs of shoes, a LV case, headphones, and a broken ipod and made around 500 for stuff just sitting around the house... This was all within a week. The funny thing is...

    EXECUTION
I've came a long way since I first signed up for this forum. I can't explain how much this forum has helped me follow my dreams and not keep settling for less. I come from a small town and no one has the same goals/mindset as me, so it was extremely hard moving forward at first. But I can go...

    MINDSET
Awesome, I have 350+ items, mostly clothing, shoes, accessories, and even domains that are just waiting to be sold. I've already taken most of the pictures and descriptions. I just need to take the time to list them. I'll dedicated a hour or so a day and post the results. I wish I would've...
