Ramon, I'm sorry you are going through tough times right now and your concern for your family and education is understandable. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people in similar situations right now. One thing I would encourage you to do is keep a positive mindset. You showed an...

    Anyone good with Analogies?

    1. Marketing is like working out; it takes more than one approach to get the desired results. We know how to make you look good. If nothing else, we'll use an airbrush. 2. Bad marketing is like a bad tan. You don't want that kind of attention. We'll make you look good. 3. Great...

East Coast Fastlaners - Any interest in a get together?

    OFF-TOPIC
You guys might consider Florida. I don't know the schedule, but the space shuttle only has a few launches left. Granted the odds are against a scheduled launch because of weather and other factors. However if the timing worked out, you would be witnessing history and it would be a great...

Rank Decoding Engine for Link Building

    WEB/DIGITAL
I think you're pretty much right according to what the video explains. Get the top ranked sites that are recognized by Google for your keyword and start connecting to them. This can be limited to the top sites only or carried on as far down the list as you want. Finding the common denominators...

Rank Decoding Engine for Link Building

    WEB/DIGITAL
That's the way I understand it. This engine takes a search term and determines which sites Google ranks the highest so you can associate with them rather than a site that is way down the list. I guess that in a way it's like name dropping. "I just got a call from so and so. I wonder if...

Rank Decoding Engine for Link Building

    WEB/DIGITAL
I frequently get updates from Noble Samurai and they just directed their subscribers to this new software. It's a program produced by Crowd Mountain and explained by Michelle MacPhearson in her video. As I understand it, the software ranks various websites by their authority (amount of...

    Beating the Rat Race

When I was looking at mobile homes, I found that most homes in that range were in poor condition. I still think deals are out there, but they may be harder to find than some would think. What I'm going to suggest may sound harsh, but it's a reality of life. I haven't read Lonnie's book yet, so...

    Need advice...

Just for the sake of stirring up conversation. Could you offer your lower price to 3 to 5 properties you want, and then offer a percentage of another development that you will work on or already have? For example, Prop A Owner wants 100 K You'll pay 80k Prop B Owner wants 75 K...

Prosperent - Finally a great adsense alternative

    WEB/DIGITAL
Thanks for clarifying your position on autoblogging. I think it's my lack of experience that is the issue here. I'll keep learning what I can. Thanks again for the advice.

Prosperent - Finally a great adsense alternative

    WEB/DIGITAL
I think my biggest concern with autoblogging is that the program will grab copyrighted material. The second concern is that rephrasing other people's articles might be treading on ethical boundaries. Perhaps I need to research this more and make sure I understand it properly. I'm pretty sure...

How can I open a "gentlemens club"?

Why not open a dance studio to teach girls how to pole/club dance. Hire a professional instructor, rent an aerobics studio, and offer the classes. You can offer a range of classes from beginner to advanced. As I understand it, this is a trend now anyways. Benefits: You videotape the...

Do NonComp agreements stand up in court?

I understand what you're saying Steve, but I think it's a little more complicated than that. What I mean is that an employee learns techniques and/ or private information about products unique to each company. Those companies sometimes spend years and many thousands if not millions of dollars...
