    Who here bodybuilds?

    HOT!
Calisthetics is AMAZING. All I've been doing lately. I was close to 195lb 6"1 with 14% BF, 275lb flat bench, until I took a nasty slide off my motorcycle while in a T-Shirt. Hit 158LB on my low, mainly because I was confined to a bed for 2 months almost. Started back from 0, which I'll tell...

Parents deciding my fate, need to get out

    HOT! MINDSET
Been in your shoes more than I wish. I was to be shipped off to the Caribbean to All Saints Medical School right after high school since it's easier to do than here in Toronto, had the acceptance printed and sitting on my desk. Decided to not go, tell my parents (both highly educated engineers)...

Why Lazy People Never Get Rich

    MINDSET
Absolutely love this. He's right. It easier to get rich now than ever before, considering the amount of people that are not willing to put in the work. Listen to this daily when I get up. And what really sets this guy apart, he mentions briefly, that you must change your thinking from...

    Toronto MeetUp

    MEETUPS
I've shot off a few emails to a few golf and country clubs that may accommodate us for a meeting room for a few hours, considering we are the target market they are looking for, shouldn't be too much trouble getting it going. Does anybody know any spot downtown we can arrange this? As for what...

    Toronto MeetUp

    MEETUPS
Ped89 will definitely keep you in the loop. Where did you come in from? I'm thinking around the 30th. Should give people sufficient time to open up their schedule, considering what a time-sensitive group we are.
