I delegate as much as possible. I try to hire really good people that can take initiative and there's less back and forth. They have a goal and they go do it. This saves me so much time as I can focus on the important stuff for the store (and my other business). I plan out my week in advance...- Phikey

Is buying cheating?
Definitely not cheating but be very careful that you do your due diligence before you buy. It does help if you've built an ecom store before so you can come to the purchase with experience but also fresh eyes & perspective on the store. A tonne of ways to earn money!! Think about it from this angle instead: how can you add value? If you add value, people will pay you for that. For me, I had a cleaning business, now a marketing agency, and an ecommerce store. All outside of programming and all made money.- Phikey
