I think I've figured out the reason for this... I believe it's to keep spammers from signing up, making a post, leaving, then coming back a few weeks later and editing their post(s) to include a link to their website. Good way to cut down on the spam.- kwerner

Advice for first time home buying? {primary residence}
REAL ESTATENot sure if pre-qualification letters expire or not, but I believe if you have to have another mortgage related credit inquiry after the 30 days, it will just show up as an additional inquiry. That may or may not effect your credit score; which I tend to think it would.- kwerner

REAL ESTATEI believe you have something like a 30 day period where you can pull multiple credit inquiries for mortgage pre-approvals and it only counts as / has the same effect as 1 inquiry on your credit report.- kwerner

Question about billing statements after you charge your customers
FTEFor the merchant account payment gateway or whatever it's called, check out Authorize.net. You can set it up through Wells Fargo Bank while you're establishing your business checking account. Runs about $30 a month. then you can take payments through your website.- kwerner

Feedback: Instead of just doing a WP blog-looking site, if you're trying to sell your e-book it may be better to do some sort of squeeze page that tells the reader the benefits of buying your book, include testimonials from satisfied customers, maybe a video too.
