GOLD!Little update for those who are still interested! Well, that escalated quickly! Surpassed last years sales already. Maintaining higher conversion rate. I bought a $40k car, thanks to MJ!
INTROFirst off, congrats! Keep up the hard work. Now that we got that out of the way... enjoy your toy for a couple months and then sell it. Stick that cash into your next business, property, or something else that can generate monthly cash flow for you and then buy your car again but finance the...- G_Alexander

BigCommerce Rest In Peace (Alternatives Re: Price Increase)
WEB/DIGITALThis is how I broke it down as well. I did $440K with my one store on BC last year...so they are kicking me from $79.95 a month to $199.95 a month. Unbelievable. I called and asked them to justify the value I would be receiving for $120 a month more -- then asked them to quantify it for me into...- G_Alexander

Goldman Sachs creates info-page about millennial buying habits. How are you cashing in?
I'd tell you to start a mattress store (one of the first purchases a couple will likely make together when moving in/ getting married)... But if you haven't noticed already: every Private Equity shop (and their uncle) now owns a Sleepy's, Mattress Firm, Back to Bed etc. etc. chain. They are...- G_Alexander

24 Years old: QUIT six-figure Job, Launched two Businesses, Over $25M+ Sales
GOLD!Thanks for being resourceful, @Fox, by going back and grabbing info from early pages. It's a small trait that most real Fastlaners possess! My methods have changed. I aggressively worked on expanding my SEO knowledge and learning as much as I could about SEO in the modern age (after...- G_Alexander

GOLD!@The Grind I think your line of thinking is actually a bit off base. And it's off-putting to see you chastising other members here... A mentor didn't come down from a golden cloud in the sky and hold my hand while guaranteeing me success along the way. I busted my a$$ making friends with...- G_Alexander

GOLD!As-is (what I currently own), targeting 2016 cashflow of $102K from both commercial and multi-family. My 3-flat kicks out $15K per year net with me living in it (I wrote a 30 page eBook about how to do this, but have yet to publish it). Commercial property will be a mid-to-long term hold. It...- G_Alexander

24 Years old: QUIT six-figure Job, Launched two Businesses, Over $25M+ Sales
GOLD!Hello all :) Apologies for my lack of updates. I felt like I should come back to give a shot in the arm to anyone who is on the fence about "taking the reigns" in their life starting in 2016. I also want to set some public goals here for 2016 that I can track. BUT FIRST: Remember my eCommerce...- G_Alexander

Quit Making 6 figure at 19.
MINDSET@Johnsonysu If you make it to Chicago, we can definitely grab beers. Haven't read Manny's stuff, but I have heard of him. One thing to be aware of with him is that he was taken under the wing of a very wealthy developer (Mohammed Hadid) of Ritz Carlton hotels. So while he did hustle and work...- G_Alexander
