    Hmm have you read Unscripted? In that book it touches on Productacracy which kinda solves this question. I think it comes down to what is solving a more important problem/providing more value. I probably would never use a mobile app car wash, but I sure have used instacart (groceries) in the past.

    Broken 3 Trailer Jack's in the past few months. The lever itself hangs to low and if driving offroad it can reach far enough down and bend the whole lever off. Costs $80 for a new one. :(
