    3d print the prototype (maybe @jpanarra can help with resources here) and make a few, or many, smooth-on silicone mold for poured concrete; then, mix, pour, stain (I assume they're not intricately painted) and clearcoat. Should be a fairly quick process once you have the molds ready for use...
