    Looking for some opinions

    MINDSET
Thanks Morris for the reply, well this is basically what I was thinking. My current colleague wants to start working as a freelancer and he would happily do it together with me. Maybe my business is right under my nose but i’m making excuses to do it. This man is one of the best plumbers I...

    MINDSET
Hi guys, Currently i'm struggling with what decision to make and I could use some advice from people who think out of the box ( that's you ;) ). I am 21 years old and I work as a plumber, november this year I will probably graduate from school and I want to move out of my parents house. Since I...

I AM GOING TO GIVE MORE VALUE THAN AMAZON

    HOT! MINDSET
By saying you want to “have 3 programmers” does this mean you want to hire them instead of learning how to program this whole shenanigan yourself?

Prototype done. Pre-orders or straight to sales?

    MARKETING
I’d say get the product out there, start selling pre orders. Tell the people that ordered that they will get some free gift or discount and you’re sorry for the delay. Go to the manufacturer and use the money you made to produce the products and deliver. If you create e.g. 150 products and you...

The Ultimate Status Symbol? It's Not What You Think...

    MINDSET
But what if you are not a winner yet, I could go and show off on my instagram my latest bench press record or a new selfie in a different city every week to show everyone how active and “outgoing” I am but these actions are not really beneficial to my future succes. I don’t use Instagram or...

    EXECUTION QUESTION
I need some feedback from you guys. Today I was talking to the owner of my gym and he asked me what kind of work I did, I told him that next to my normal job I also build webshops with my own products and that one of them happens to be skincare for men. He bought both products immediately in...

    EXECUTION QUESTION
So i’m back with some information and thoughts. I ran my Facebook ads for a total of €150 and this generated 1 sale for €32,95 in revenue. In some way this is good news because it is another sale but if this would be the constant reality of the ads i would be able to generate 10 sales a month...

Seems like Tiktok is maybe great from dropshipping aliexpress products etc. When your not really concerned about branding or people thinking about buying you're products for a day or two. I changed the ads to Facebook and will try this, thanks again and i'll update when i have some data!

    EXECUTION QUESTION
Thanks for these kind words and your feedback! Yes i did all the website design myself! The reviews are currently all moved to the Try-out deal but i'm trying to fix this, so that's why you don't see them on the individual products. All my traffic is currently being sent to the Try-out deal so...

Furthermore here is a update of what the past 2 months have been like since my last update. March: Currently i'm in the process stage of banging my f*cking head against the wall. The skincare company has definitly not taken off or shown any "real" growth, I worked together with a marketing...

    EXECUTION QUESTION
Sorry for my late reaction, i did not see the notifications of this thread for some time. The problem with this would be that i should also sell to countries where English is the main language. I know MJ says "Fastlaners think globally, not locally", but currently this would bare too much...

My 5 STEPS to Ultimate Time and Financial Freedom (How I Did It) !!

    MINDSET
A bit of topic but i think important to mention about step 1. The fact that in a job you do actually learn a lot of valuable life skills that may not seem very “profitable”, but can help you in life. For example learning the dynamic of an office and seeing how people interact with each other...

My 5 STEPS to Ultimate Time and Financial Freedom (How I Did It) !!

    MINDSET
This is great, you have really confirmed a lot of my thoughts about balance in life and still reaching massive success. You don’t have to work 8/12 hours 7 days a week if the business is still in early stage and this extra work does not add value, not saying make excuses but do what has to be...

My 5 STEPS to Ultimate Time and Financial Freedom (How I Did It) !!

    MINDSET
@fastlane_dad Thanks for this thread, it really helped me get some of my thought processes in order. Here in the Netherlands it's even possible to go to school on let's say tuesday evening and work fulltime, and the company you work for pays your college tuition as long as you work with them...
