    I keep one by my bed......so while I'm getting ready to sleep, I can record any thoughts that I have. During the day, I'll send myself Texts. Afterwards, I'll transcribe them to my Notes file. Not sure if this is the right forum, but it relates sort of to self improvement...as a tool. Z
