Does a shock "collar" help to condition myself ?

    MINDSET
If it was that easy. I often go shopping after coming home from university. I have read an interesting report that the more hard decision you make, the harder it gets to make other hard decision (e.g. don't buy cola). Would it help to only go shopping in the morning before I had all this stress...

I am currently trying to improve some of my habits. One of these is drinking too much cola. The question is does a shock collar still work if I apply this shock myself? When I am drinking cola and shocking my self, does my brain still associate cola as something bad? I was looking for a device...

Why business in Germany is "harder" then in other countries (ZDF Doku)

Depends on which field. If you work with customer data have fun reading DSVGO. And with the new EU-Copyright Law everything just will get harder. If your online service has any option to upload images/video/music you have to install a filter which filters our copyright protected material. If...

Why business in Germany is "harder" then in other countries (ZDF Doku)

I just found this very fitting video. It perfectly displays what is going wrong in Germany and why you probably never want to create a business in Germany. It talks about all the problems with the bureaucracy here. The video is sadly in German but nevertheless very interesting to watch View...

How to overcome the fear of overregulation ?

    MINDSET
About that. Here in Germany once you f*cked up you will never get a second chance. If you were once insolvent now bank or investor here will every again give you money. People won't trust you again if you failed them once.
