Yes, some people are doing it. But I think we can do it better, and we will. We will build a brand, not a business. Queen me. (TMF Chpt 43)

    Flying Private: Progress Thread

    EXECUTION

MJ's 4 Conditions: The Definitive Guide on WHEN to Quit Your Job...

    GOLD! EXECUTION
Happy I saw this. After reading TMF and now reading through Unscripted and TGRRE, I have had this question bouncing around in my brain of when to quit my current job. I figured I needed to meet the criteria you said, but I was still unsure of when exactly to do so. Since I'm an engineer who has...

    My intro

Welcome! I'm also a newbie lol. What is your plan to execute this within the next year? Have you written out your 1/5/10 Planasy?

FYI: Criminal squatters are taking over houses nationally...

    REAL ESTATE
"Squatter's rights"! New York is literally giving people the right to be criminals. Why anyone chooses to live there is beyond me. I mean this is what happens when you allow 2 million illegal immigrants to cross the border within the past year and expect that the rate of crime wouldn't increase...

My 1/5/10 Planasy (Previously titled: Do people share their 1/5/10 Planasy and Escape Number Calc...?)

    MINDSET EXECUTION
JMJ Hello Fastlaners! I documented in My Journey Thread that I wrote down my 1/5/10 Planasy and calculated my Escape Number. Do people usually share their Planasy and Escape Number? I'd be happy to if people are interested lol. It also would help to keep me accountable knowing that someone else...

    HOT! CHAT
I've only just recently started my journey as an entrepreneur and I've realized two things: (This is from a newbie, so take it as you will.) 1) Don't take step 5 before step 1. AKA "The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step...." but don't try to make your first step span 1 mile...

Sorry, perhaps that was too tongue-in-cheek. I will avoid that in the future! You're right. I have to stop sitting idle and execute something. I am meeting very soon with my friend to make a plan and execute it. As MJ's "backwardation" method goes from The Great Rat Race Escape: Visualize it...

Why you should buy a home as early as possible.

    GOLD! HOT! ASSERTION
Does anyone have advice for a 24 year old husband and father of one making $66k/year on this topic given the current economic environment? My wife and I want to buy a house within the next few years, but I'd honestly rather have the start of a Fastlane business and pay for a house that way...
