    I think it is really hard now a days to make a purely digital product. People seem really tired of paying for just software, but are more willing to spend money when there is a tangible product in front of them. (I.e netflix is $8.99 a month vs Peleton is $2,500 up front plus $60 a month!)

    This is a big thing. As I started to try and be as efficient as possible with my time, I would start to squeeze things into slots they shouldn't be. 5 min early costs you nothing and shows people you care. 5 mins late saves you nothing and can cost you a lot more.
