Where's your evidence that architects and designers are getting more into it? I'm in the real estate industry and have looked into stained glass before. It doesn't seem like anyone cares.

    Let's Talk About Entrepreneurial Depression

    GOLD! MINDSET
Also fair warning: I've seen you post this line a couple times - implying that it's something you actually believe. If you don't hit millionaire status fast enough, be careful when your mind starts implying that homelessness is what you deserve. It's not. Just something stupid that you said as...

    Let's Talk About Entrepreneurial Depression

    GOLD! MINDSET
Here's a list of people that likely were better looking than you, made more money than you, kicked more a$$ than you, and were "better" than most people. Their "silly depression" sadly didn't go away: List of suicides in the 21st century - Wikipedia The mind is fragile. Depression isn't...

What are the implications of importing from Iran? From my understanding Iran and the United States can't do any trade.

Fastest Way To Register U.S Business Online?

Yeah, there's a ton of these sites, but you need to know which state you're going to incorporate in and the tax implications associated with those states. Some states you can create a company in less than an hour online. They don't even require an operating agreement. Other states are harder...

    Let's Talk About Entrepreneurial Depression

That's a great point. The Japanese have a word for this "Shinrin-yoku", which means: “forest bathing”. There's a lot of data that supports being in nature as a form of therapy. Worth trying and incorporating into your regular routine.

    Let's Talk About Entrepreneurial Depression

    GOLD! MINDSET
It's a tough topic, but one that should not be taboo to talk about. If you choose the life of an entrepreneur, there's one thing you need to accept that's not in almost any business book: Your probability of being depressed, stressed, and anxious skyrockets. You're 4x more likely to be...

How much equity should I give this All-Star?

    NOTABLE! PEOPLE
Make all the equity performance based. If he doesn't do anything, he doesn't get anything. For all you know, this guy's an alcoholic that met you before drinking. Create the incentives so he can own up to whatever you're willing to give up, but cover your a$$ so he doesn't get anything if he...

CHART OF THE WEEK: Mapped, Countries With the Highest Housing Bubble Risks

It won't be. You need to understand how HK works. It's not like American real estate. A lot of their tax revenue comes from selling vacant lots to developers, so it's in the government's best interest to maintain a limited supply of new development lots and an artificially high real estate...

CHART OF THE WEEK: Mapped, Countries With the Highest Housing Bubble Risks

Interesting, but how much of this is a result of foreign investment throwing off the metrics? I know Canadian real estate used to be the easiest place for Chinese money to be parked. Same way that Miami used to get illicit investment, but still maintains high prices. In any market, if you...

High Ticket Quality CBD Oil Business - how would you go about it? (some unconventional ideas)

    IDEA
The easiest way to understand this is to try and buy a domain in the CBD space. Almost any good domain you can think of is already taken.

    Fastlane Fasting Friends

    HEALTH
Anyways, did a 24 hour fast after seeing your guys' thread. After that, ate enough to hit my protein goals for the day. Currently feeling extremely full. Some takeaways on the first 24 hours: It was pretty easy overall. Drank a normal dose of caffeine, but felt alert for longer throughout the...

    Fastlane Fasting Friends

    HEALTH
I appreciate the response, but I don't think it's that simple, and think that your response is a bit misleading and not based in fact. The data heavily supports that cutting calories equates to muscle loss. You see it in normal people. You see it with pro-athletes that try to go vegan and...

    Fastlane Fasting Friends

    HEALTH
Thanks for making this thread. I didn't partake in the fast, but this has motivated me to get back to intermittent fasting (baby steps). For those of you that have done this multiple times, what effect would you say this has on your muscle mass? Does anyone here measure their bodyfat...

High Ticket Quality CBD Oil Business - how would you go about it? (some unconventional ideas)

    IDEA
Your margins are too small (competition is getting closer to 90%). Your understanding of the market is flawed (almost every CBD product has lab testing). You're entering a competitive space without a real competitive advantage. Your "value" proposition is selling CBD that's more concentrated...

How to (create threads that) get engagement

    IMPORTANT!
This. I hate this idea of people optimizing their threads for engagement. It's good for people like @AndrewNC, and the countless others that have an indirect monetary benefit in terms of selling a service/class/etc later on to the "eyeballs" that read the threads, but it's horrible for...
