    I feel that sometimes these polls are not an accurate measure of how reliable a network is because of the simple reason that some networks have a ton more subscribers. The odds of have more dropped calls goes up on a bigger network, because there are more people.

    You must also keep in mind, if there is no demand, it does not necessarily mean the product or service is not worth pursuing. It may just mean no one knows they need or want it yet ;). Advertising can help jump over such a hurdle.

    For those who have bough real estate and did it successfully, by maxing out credit lines, and credit cards an such. Were you worried about a vacancy or someone not paying? As I would assume by being over leveraged, one nonpayment could screw up everything.

    Actually, I believe you answered my question. What I meant to say was using the NOI from the property and paying off the loan sooner to build up the equity. I was wondering if there were any types of tax benefits or tax shelters by taking the NOI and redirecting it to the loan.

    Well with an MCI you can also raise rents based on the total value of the improvements. I appreciate the effort in trying to help in that situation. But I'm more interested in finding out if there are any tax benefits to feeding income to equity.

    I agree with everything said, but one thing you must realize is that if you have 0. And bills are on the table regardless if you go to school or not that need to be paid in order to survive (food, shelter, etc.) , then you must work and raise capital to enter the fast lane.

    If i were to create a food product, but lets say for example it was something simple as 1 or 2 ingredients, I would not be able to protect the product other than the name. Thus, a good business model would be a complete market saturation immediately, before competitors jump in?
