Lex DeVille's - Journey To Doctor
HOT! EXECUTIONWow, can't believe May was my last post. After the previous class, I took a break from school. Honestly, I considered dropping out as it's pretty gross to watch supposed doctoral-level students copy and paste ChatGPT as their own work. The other reason for the break was that I wasn't ready to...- Lex DeVille

Lex DeVille's: One Thread For All My Genius, Unhinged, Mostly Really Bad Ideas
GOLD! OFF-TOPICFUJI Results Wasn't the worst comp ever. I'm still chasing my first blue belt gold tho. The event was huge. Victor Hugo showed up and did a seminar during the lunch break. That was pretty cool. The Jiu-Jitsu Sucks podcast was there along with a bunch of other vendors. The National Guard set up a...- Lex DeVille

Lex DeVille's: One Thread For All My Genius, Unhinged, Mostly Really Bad Ideas
GOLD! OFF-TOPIC1 Etsy Listing Per Day Publishing 1 listing per day instead of bulk seems to have merit. Sales doubled overnight. I have 13 sales total, but 1 isn't showing. This chart goes back to the start of the shop in November. It's cool to see a process documented in this thread and this one from two...- Lex DeVille

Do we really have a choice when we don't know better?
MINDSETI make bad choices all the time based on limited information and experience. Things still work out. You can literally do anything and escape the sidewalk. By the time you're 5 years old, you understand the foundation of business success. Offer people something they might want to trade money for.- Lex DeVille

Lex DeVille's: One Thread For All My Genius, Unhinged, Mostly Really Bad Ideas
GOLD! OFF-TOPICMid-Month Spent the last 2 days making a boat load of updates to my shop after watching that guy's YT videos. I'm still making changes, but the main things I'm updating are: Complete thumbnail photo redesign so images aren't cropped weird on desktop/mobile Adding photos to the shop story Adding...- Lex DeVille

Lex DeVille's: One Thread For All My Genius, Unhinged, Mostly Really Bad Ideas
GOLD! OFF-TOPICEtsy Sales It's almost mid month and I've only had 1 new Etsy sale despite reaching 101 listings. This prompted me to search for answers. That's how I came across this guy on YouTube who had answers. After watching several of his videos, I concluded I've been making the major mistakes he warns...- Lex DeVille

Why A Few Amazing Ads Sell Like Crazy While So Many Fail
HOT! MARKETINGI don't know why you're arguing about this either. Your initial post is an example of your best copywriting, an advertisement for your own services. You called people to Comment "DM me." Now you have a case study and real results... 0% conversion rate. This is where an experienced advertiser...- Lex DeVille

Post all of your ideas and random problems you’ll never execute on...
GOLD! HOT! IDEAThey're placed by a business that's been doing this since 1996. There's never a need for a middle man. Middle men exist because convenience creates opportunity.- Lex DeVille

Random Chat, Thoughts, Posts, and/or Rants Thread
HOT! CHATOnline communication is taking a really ugly turn. Everyone everywhere is using ChatGPT to write their social post content for business and personal accounts and trying to pass it off as their own, gross.- Lex DeVille

I'm lost and I don't know what to do anymore after 5 years.
HOT! MINDSETThe "vibes" sound like "people skills" that books like How to Win Friends and Influence People teach. Business success is not a secret. If you refuse to do what you know has to be done to reach the goal, then you probably will not reach the goal... Refuse to pick up the phone, you won't make...- Lex DeVille
