Trading fees are $14 a trade ($7 to buy $7 to sell). Taxes are short term capital gains so taxed at ordinary income tax rates. The $1,560 is after fees but not taxes. If income tax is 30% on the money than I made 1k on 5k invested in 3 months. That's still a 20% return in 3 months.- Ecom man

No special permission required. You just have to put in a sell order for the after hours market. Very rarely do I end up selling it after hours but I keep an eye on it.- Ecom man
