New Member... Made 150K Profit Selling TShirts on FB last year...Now at a bit of a crossroads.

    INTRO
Well, you obviously have had success in one area. And you must have learned a lot from that. The obvious course would be an ebook, course or some kind of info product. But why not rebuild but prepare for that scenario and diversify? Unless you are sick of the space, it seems like a waste of...

AndyTalks to Random_0 about Growing a Local Lead Gen Business

@Andy Black, that's interesting. I've been working on something for a while (very focussed) and that's much the same as how it has been for me so far. I have a vision, I know (broadly) how to get there, now I just solve the problems that arise and adjust or correct as necessary and stay the course.

    [Progress] #AndyTalks

    NOTABLE!
Makes me tune out, don't have the time to focus 100% on it unfortunately. I wish I did, because i'm sure there are many nuggets that have been missed. Andy, my suggestion might be to delegate it to an employee soon. The way you guys are going, you may very well need to start hiring. There are...

AndyTalks to Random_0 about Growing a Local Lead Gen Business

@andyblack I think it was an interesting conversation, though very long and at times distracting. The main takeaways have been covered above and there is little for me to add. Would love to get into some of the deeper details of how his business works. To get to that level THAT quickly is...

Need Some Advise On Optimizing Facebook Ads

    MARKETING
Haha, just saying that the CPC is average (in fact it's below average so good job). Not really looking close enough at the rest of the strategy being used. https://adespresso.com/academy/blog/facebook-ads-cost/

Need Some Advise On Optimizing Facebook Ads

    MARKETING
I know plenty of people tout those ultra-low CPCs, and they are possible, but the average is much closer to what you're doing. Keep doing what you're doing.

Lead Gen for Local Service Businesses

    HOT! MARKETING
I don't think it's so much that it will be dead, but the game will have evolved. It's prudent for any company to diversify and invest in alternative revenue streams. Google grew by essentially monopolising search and ad spend, they may just monopolise local lead gen next?

Lead Gen for Local Service Businesses

Launched over the weekend, got (soft) clients... now what?

I love these kind of success stories and it is similar in a way. I want to aim for a productized service with a flat monthly fee, but yes pay per lead is an option too. Trying to think of this more of a marketing outsourcing service.

Launched over the weekend, got (soft) clients... now what?

Thiago, thanks for taking the time to reply. To clarify, I create and manage their Facebook advertising campaigns, design and host their lead funnel as well creating any kind of hook they might need to help customers leave their details behind to be contacted by the business. Lead generation...

Launched over the weekend, got (soft) clients... now what?

Yes, had extensive conversations with most, skype calls and phone calls with half. All expressed interest in moving ahead with the 3 months free to which I sent the documents. @minirich Thank you for the effort but that isn't what I am looking for, you may be right that what I am asking is too...

Launched over the weekend, got (soft) clients... now what?

Perhaps! It would be a nice way to view it. I'll wait a week then follow up. In turn, i'm working on streamlining the process by figuring out how to setup accounts on my wordpress site. Ideally, i'd like to: allow clients to open accounts manage their account purchase and cancel monthly...

Launched over the weekend, got (soft) clients... now what?

Unsure if this is the right forum for it, I believe it would come under "Business Management" perhaps? So, I went the path of the productized service. A specialized Facebook Marketing agency focused in a particular niche. Buzz words a plenty. And there's a need. Oh boy is there a need here...

How To Thrive In A Recession?

    EXECUTION
Hello, A better question might be what you in particular need to do during a recession. If you own a business then you need to survive above all else. If you are a young entrepreneur then you need to find the new opportunities being created. To answer your questions (in my opinion): All of...

What are your views on starting up a cafe business in Melbourne?

Generally I wouldn't consider a cafe "fast lane". Why? Lack of scale. To bump a cafe into a multi-million dollar a year business you'd need to either franchise or expand to new locations. Both of which are pretty difficult to do. Not impossible, but difficult. If you were going for that kind...

How to Learn Code, Start a Web Company, $15k+ per month within 9 months

    GOLD! SIDE HUSTLE
Very very interesting! Thank you for sharing @Fox . I had spent a lot of time looking into something similar - SEO Rank & Rent. Rank websites for key terms for expensive fields. I.e. Dentists - where one client can be worth thousands. I, unfortunately, do not have the cash flow to keep up the...

    Facebook ads: Mobile vs Desktop

    MARKETING
Mark the "Devices Connected By Wi-Fi" option for mobile only, if people are on wi fi, it's more likely they are at home and in a relaxed atmosphere, faster load times for your website too (usually). Lowers the hurdle and the reason to leave.

    Would you change the past??

Yup, would have stopped F*cking around on World of Warcraft and figured things out sooner like I kept telling myself I would.
