    How to detect deceitful people

    HOT!
I'm also trusting people too much and assuming they are nice before proven otherwise. Sometimes it may be a little too late, but nothing very bad happened yet except losing a few bucks here and there on a shitty service. "Red flags" should make you cautious. Like a too impressive story...

You don't matter. (A letter from HR)

This may be closely related to taxing... Here in Ukraine, most businesses with employees that have some decent salary actually hire them as contractors. Few exceptions would be small high-margin companies that don't need to take the risk and big worldwide companies. I'm working as a contractor...

How do I learn copywriting as a teen?

    HOT! SIDE HUSTLE
Stop focusing on making money, focus on adding value and helping people first. Copywriting is not "the only thing" and it would definitely won't "give you tons of money online". You're new here and maybe don't know that @Lex DeVille is a real pro on copywriting. Consider thinking on his...

Nikola EV NZT | 590hp Offroad UTV

    OFF-TOPIC
Nice toy for large flat surfaces like plateau/field/deserts, etc. Pretty impressive specs for an EV. Probably comparable fun to riding a dirt bike without the physical endurance and some skill requirements. Completely opposite to what's needed for our offroad expeditions. Reliability, geometric...

    Cross Platform Progressive Web Apps

Yeah, totally a matter of preference. I don't know much about Angular cause I don't like their architecture/design decisions at all. Though it's very popular and my wife coded in Angular for years . React won my value competition mostly because it's more popular and it's easier to find...

    Cross Platform Progressive Web Apps

Smart approach. It's also easier to develop/debug/test/iterate with web UI first. Why Vue and not React?

Lost kid defies the odds, lands his Dream Job, and hates it...

    INTRO
Yeah, Unscripted is really that great :). You must be really smart to be able to solve that. Considering that you would have to leave the country if you quit your job and you don't have a plan yet think carefully. You have some time, you have a steady income, you can quit anytime. Don't make...

    Influencer never had Control

This video is reuploaded by RT, it's one of many Russian propaganda channels. So maybe it was deliberately set up like that: obey, work hard, don't even think of hustling, see how bad US, corporations and all the West is, etc. The whole channel praises Russia and discrediting almost everything...

Business not conform to CENTS - iterate or move on?

Option C: Hire & train consultants. Focus on sales yourself. Hire & train salespeople. Manage your team. Hire a manager later. Build independent units of scale that can live pretty much on their own. Normal services always consume time, but it doesn't have to be YOUR time.

Is it possible to start freelancing as a 17yo?

    SIDE HUSTLE
Better register an account for an adult if you really have to. They may require scans/photos of documents and you don't want to fake that. And you probably get in less trouble with this approach, since having 17yo may bring them some legal issues so they probably treat it more seriously. Also...

Is it possible to start freelancing as a 17yo?

    SIDE HUSTLE
Lying that you 18 may be an issue later when you try to withdraw your money from their platform. They can also freeze your account with all your earnings if they find out. Registering an account for someone who's 18+ and work from it is another shady option. Also violating ToS will all the...

What is the BEST "value" you ever paid for?

    NOTABLE! HOT! CHAT EXECUTION
Insiders subscription. Threads are somehow few levels higher on the dark side. Before that: Chinese wireless AirPod-like headphones for $12. They are surprisingly decent for that money.

    A sales tip for techies

    MARKETING
Thanks for another great advice, Andy! Just wanted to add that, as 404profound mentioned, getting too excited and deep in tech details may hurt. Usually, people get a feeling if another person still understands them. Use that to check if you're still talking on the same language. Look...

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

    INTRO
We call it outstaffing in general, or dedicated developers / dedicated teams. A lot of companies provide that service, even here in Lviv, but usually for long term projects (6 months+). I don't want to recommend any particular company, but you can Google them and in case you'll get interested...
