What is the BEST "value" you ever paid for?

    NOTABLE! HOT! CHAT EXECUTION
I have one for my Office and love it! Took a few days to get used to but now I rarely sit down while working on the computer. Burn more calories and strengthen the legs while strengthening the mind. My wife has lower back pain so got her one two and she loves it also! No regrets! Sent from...

    The "Astonishing Secrets" Thread

    GOLD! MINDSET
Don't waste your time with Zen. In a nutshell it was kind of like growing up as a kid and believing in Santa Clause but then one day you find out Santa isn't who you thought he was! :)

    Conor McGregor vs Floyd Mayweather

    OFF-TOPIC
It was a good fight. I put a bet on McGregor winning straight up up afterward realized I should have used expected value and bet on Mayweather winning in later rounds given their backgrounds (mma is only 25 minutes). Wife and I had the pleasure of attending (benefit of living in Vegas and having...

Walter just picked up your book (physical copy) on Amazon and then looked at your website and realized there is a ebook edition that you update (reminder check my parachute before I jump!) Is the physical book very far off of reality currently?

    Unpleasant Truths...

    OFF-TOPIC
One of the golden nuggets of TFM and Unscripted is the basic concept of Events vs Process (good strategic mental focus with repeated habits) Seems like this is the root cause so many issues that individuals, families, companies and governments violate. When accountability doesn't come until...

The [SCRIPTED] Vault (Dogmatic Social Engineering)

    NOTABLE!
Another good example of automation technology changing Scripted Jobs: A new business called the Tipsy Robot just opened on the Las Vegas strip. It replaces bartenders with Robots. They can make up to 18 cocktails, each taking about 60 to 90 seconds while the customer watches a timer that...

The [SCRIPTED] Vault (Dogmatic Social Engineering)

    NOTABLE!
Hidden Camera Social Experiment Proves Most People are Sheep! This video makes you think it is fake at first but I bet it's not. I see very similar scripted action everyday at work. During a meeting when someone says something not remotely funny and most of the room laughs after one or two...

Hi David welcome to the forum and thanks for sharing you success (past, present and future)! Question: It sound like Real Estate was your primary vehicle. Did you pay cash for your properties or do you have some loan leverage? If so is there a risk of a real estate bubble (like what...

MJ one more piece of important ammo for the clowns at Audible: I followed the exact instructions to download the book from a PC Audible app and change the format to 4 (you can do this on a PC but only HIGH and STANDARD on an iphone). It still fails with an error of: MJ Finally got someone...

Still no luck. The Audible tech who I spoke to walked me through testing all the download options (standard, high, single part, multi part) all to the same results. She then tried to download the book herself and that is when she discovered the same results and said it was in an "older...

The only good thing about this is it is a good CENTS lesson learned. In particular the CONTROL law. Luckily MJ has other paths (Physical and Kindle).

Or you can just Stream it live via Audible! :) It is just the download part and version differences (the audible app no longer allows older versions) that is the issue. They did recommend downloading in multi-part when it does work because the book is bigger. I told them it isn't bigger it is...

    Unscripted Audiobook @Audible?

    HOT!
Audible says the book was downloaded in an older version that they need to update. They put in a ticket and it could be from 1 to 3 days to update on their end. However there is a work around. If you have ITunes on a PC you can download it from there then transfer it into audible and it...
