    I’m following the Dr. McDougall plan so having no oil is important. It takes some getting used to. I found that many of the Thug Kitchen recipes use oil. Happy Herbivore is another series of cookbooks that have great recipes. Best of luck!

    Thanks for the tips @LaraJF! I have had an Instant Pot for a few years and love it. I just recently got a Breville Smart Oven Air while it was on sale and have been making a lot of baked potatoes and sweet potatoes, no-oil French fries, and homemade whole wheat pizzas with it.
