    IDEA INVESTING SIDE HUSTLE
Hey Patchy, could you just start helping people and iterate to a productocracy? https://www.thefastlaneforum.com/community/threads/how-i-found-and-solved-a-problem-i-cared-about-probably.105633/#post-1027552 I would say it's never about what you do, but about the relative value you provide to...

    18-Year Old African-American Entrepreneur - Anthony Kume

    INTRO
Can you start (helping people in a niche) and iterate to a productocracy maybe? I'd say the framework to start a business can be this... Find problem. Solve problem. Solve it well. Market it to everyone who has the problem...

How I Found And Solved A Problem I Cared About (Probably...)

    EXECUTION
Ah, same! I created a problem solving method that incorporates visualisation and that helps a lot to solve the problem. It starts when I ask myself, "What can I offer that would make them happy?" While looking at the problem. I now have two potentials, where we are, and where we want to go. I...

How I Found And Solved A Problem I Cared About (Probably...)

    EXECUTION
Thanks! Definitely agree. I think if you can shift your full focus to just hammering down on a problem and the good solving it can bring to you and the people you help, that goes a long way. We need to learn to switch our focus. For me, I think that happened when I visualised my why. That's...

How I Found And Solved A Problem I Cared About (Probably...)

    EXECUTION
Tl;DR Just start helping people in a niche. And try to iterate to a productcracy (regardless of the means). A productcracy is one in which people voluntarily talk about your product positively with others. It all started on day 140 of my 150 execution challenge. "I've wasted so much...

Alex Hormozi. What is your opinion? Mine is (mostly) negative.

    GURUS
If I remember correctly, Alex built Gym Launch to where it is to day by focusing on solving all the problems someone could ever have on the journey to the dream outcome (e.g. looking fit). And teaches how to make these "100M" offers in his book. Sounds like a productocracy to me?

    ChrisKs execution thread

    EXECUTION
Before you get on the call, just repeat "Nobody cares and nothing matters" because they really won't care about the mistakes you make or how awkward you may come across on the call. This may help give you that much needed boost in confidence to just have fun on the call.

I have an impactful idea BUT

    IDEA
3 easy steps to do it too: 1. Find problem they have 2. Find target audience. 3. Market ad/video/etc to target pain points and introduce your product as the solution.

    EXECUTION
Ok, so being one of the probably few people I've seen on this forum following this approach (Maybe I need to surf the forum more lol), I do not recommend this approach to find and solve a problem. Love the initiative though! The reason being: A) People are not that willing to talk to someone...

You can check this thread out to find a problem SM- https://www.thefastlaneforum.com/community/threads/finding-a-fastlane-need-is-this-e-a-s-y.102806/ This. I don't think it's best to start with an idea and try to get prospects. That can lead to a push. (Marketing based) Instead, start with...

    Struggling with Ideas

    IDEA
That might be true for the current you, but in the journey to solve it, you may find you can solve anything you put your mind to. I'd recommend you start writing in a problem diary. Just anything you find annoying, time consuming, or frustrating. Listen to the world around you. Give it about a...

Funnel for a novel: my first test

    MARKETING
Yes, which need pushes them to download your novel over others (relative value)? Or to download it at all? If the book store was like a small village where everyone sold apples, why should they buy from your stand rather than the others? For example. I read a sci fi book called Artemis Fowl...
