    I agree logo is too big, (unless you are very well known in your community) Large wrench gives the impression you work on big stuff, probably not the small vanity in the downstairs half bath. Is "we don't leave a mess" your key selling point? or is it, "fast help is just a phone call away"...

    Just make sure your outsourcers value you more than they value the individual clients. Make their lives easier by dealing with you, than the crap they would have to overcome dealing with clients, and let them know you can bring them multiple jobs, while a client only has one....
