    I hear you. I made a typo on the discount, I meant to say 70-80% of market value. I've actually seen one who advertised it and heard a couple on agent podcast who said its a great source of lead generation. Oh well, what works for someone else might not work for another, thanks for the feedback.

    I agree 100%. The catch is that the agent/company will only agree to buy it at a discounted price if it does not sell (70-80% under market value) which is fully & clearly disclosed in the contract I'm not an agent, I just saw this type of offer that another agent was offering in a different state.
