    MJ mentioned this in TMF about SUCKS Customer service vs S.U.C.S. customer service. Seems like a big opportunity the way companies handle simple issues like these now a days (xfinity/Comcast is worst). I hope this gets resolved soon though.

    Thanks for the advice everyone will check these sites/platforms out. And I agree. My fastlane business is not up and running yet, so this will not be my main priority. Just wanted to take 30 mins a day to learn the concepts and structure so I won't be clueless when things fall into place.
