    I only have experience with Iphone 4s and breifly using Galaxy. I do not want Galaxy, and I recommend my friend switch to an iphone as it is smaller, and in my opinion, easier to use.

    Whole book is great, but if time is limited - Towards the end of the book is a part on worry. It is fantastic. I also think the checklist for determining outcomes is outstanding, it's presented somewhere in the middle with examples in the back to practice.
