    That's interesting. Thanks for sharing. What specifically are you selling? What are your demographics? Location?

    Also, when you mentioned about hiring an agency, it's good that they still made a progress unfortunately they weren't able to provide what was promised. Facebook algorithms has changed and focuses solely on paid ads. The higher you invest, the better.

    Knowing what I know now, I'd suggest you build an email list and try to focus on 1 specific avatar or ideal customer profile... Study that person, find out all their pain points, fears, frustrations & desires.

    (2 of 2) Then only promote CB products, YouTube content, blog posts etc that will help that person. Become the trusted authority those people can email and ask for advice and get answers even if you don't always profit from the help. Only promote offers to that avatar. That way if FB bans you, you'll still have your valuable list of potential clients.

    So ladies and gentlemen, your boy managed to close a fking deal back in July and got paid around October.

    The hardest $5k I've had to earn in life - the seller was a a sweet lady that was patient with us and understood my situation but gave me chance. I'll never forget her.

    The buyer on the other hand.... yike. Less said, le eh?

    On to the next one - currently talking to a couple of agents/brokers.
    I'd like to automate 90% of the process and go after just 1 type of client and look at going straight to the sellers (not brokers), but we'll split test and see.
    Next goal, close 1 big deal, clear some debt and hire a mentor to help me implement some systems (SOPs) and hire my own TC so I can scale up to 4 deals in a month and then 10.

    I have relocated from East Africa to Scandinavia - I left my wife behind, as I'm a Swedish national and could only afford for me to travel at the time.
    Plan is to establish myself then apply for her to join me, and while she works a normal job, I'll work on the business. We'll probably house-hack to save some funds.
