I found this forum while doing research on Income Store. I have two contracts with Income Store. The 1st one for $300k was signed in Nov. 2018 and the 2nd for $570k was signed in March 2019. I did several weeks of full time research on them before I signed my first contract. I have continued to do research along the way.

I am receiving my minimum payout on the 1st contract and expect to start receiving payouts on the 2nd in July. Due to my investment size, both contracts are hybrid triples with each contract getting a built authority site and two existing sites purchased. I have received both of my built authority sites. But, I have not received any of the purchased sites yet.

I fully expected to receive all three of the sites that were due to me 16 weeks after I signed my 1st contract as this is explicitly what the contract says they were obligated to do.

I keep being told that they are waiting to find the best possible sites to purchase and don't want to settle for something subpar. This makes sense in theory, but I can' seem to get any information beyond this about way I haven't received my purchased sites (the 2nd contract's 16 weeks will be up in July).

I am considering flying to their offices in Lancaster, PA to try and get some appropriate answers as to why their contractural obligations have not been met. I'd love to talk with others who have contracts with Income Store to compare experiences. Email me at mikemc_11 "at" hotmail.com and we can exchange phone numbers for a conversation. I'm in Houston if anyone happens to be local. Thanks.

Because of their change from authority sites to Ecom it was taking them considerably longer to get sites purchased/built. I know it was taking some people almost a year to get a site depending on how big a site. I would 100% email or call them and see what’s up especially with almost a million bucks invested.
