So, looks like Facebook and Google have set up some restrictions on my niche. So basically you can't advertise the product/service I was promoting without a certification, however to become certified you need to actually run one of those types of businesses (not just be a lead generator like me). So basically I'm f*cked.

Welp... now I have to put all my money on the 2 guys I've hired, they aren't using FB/Adwords to generate leads, so hopefully they'll be able to generate some leads for me and I can make a small profit when I re-sell the leads.

Welp... what I was trying to do before didn't work. Too much competition, low barrier to entry.
I did launch a few other projects; all of which fail. One did have a little bit of traction - but I couldn't make it work at the price point the market was responding to.

I've decided to put digital marketing and that stuff a break. I'll return to it when I have enough capital to hire TOP talent and can have them execute to such a high degree that competition will be irrelevant. For now, I'm going to become a farmer. I'll post an update when I have data from farming.

Welp... I'm bust. Lost all my money in the stonk market. Listen to MJ boys and girls, that guy is sharp as a knife. You can't control the stonk market, its like gambling. Only way to beat it is to buy blue chips and stable companies and never sell.

I've launched a service on another IM related forum to offer a service. And I'm doing a JV with another guy to offer a service. The first one pays $150 per sale, the other one pays $1000 per sale. I need to make some quick cash, pay off some debts to cover my living expenses for this coming month. And then diversify ... I don't like being in a JV with someone that has more control than me.

Ello Ello Ello.... bin a crazy few years. Made some decent scratch from my JV .... cleared my debts, moved from Spain to Bulgaria to Turkey then Rwanda then Uganda and now I'm in Kenya. Met a nice lady and now engaged.

I was silly - I went yolo in the stonk market for a 2nd time and lost it all again. No more stonk market yolo plays. Right now have some cash stored away with an investment partner - generating 15% per month doing crpyto.

Otherwise, no real cash coming in since my JV pretty much ended 3 months ago.
There are no jobs here in Kenya and I don't have the permit to work even if I could find something.

I'm gonna do some lead gen work online and dabble with whole sale real estate. I plan on launching a company in real estate development here in Kenya, but need at least $2mil for the project, but I'll see if I can get my customers to crowd fund the project. If they are, that means we might have product market fit.

Hired 2 VAs to generate signed deals for me in wholesale real estate. Hired a 3rd VA to cold call 1k pre-qualified leads and try to turn them into warm leads for closing.

Looking for a JV partner that needs a payment gateway, if I find the right one, I'll make north of $5k each month.

I couldn't get people to agree to crowd source the development .... So I will need to invest my way to $2 million then build the MVP myself.

2 two guys I hired managed to lock in 2 deals under contract ... I'm stuck trying to flip the deals tho. Dispo is a bottle neck.

If I can develop an effective way to dispo consistently, I might be able to turn that into a 6 figure monthly business. Fixing this bottle neck can unlock millions of dollars.

The two guys I hired turned out to be scammers. Lost $2k... It luckily I kept all the evidence and was able to get all the money back.

I'm doing things more actively with just 1 VA working under me to understand the industry better.

After about 1 month of working together, we finally secured a signed contract. And have another 4 or so that are pending that we could potentially close.

Not made much progress with the system I wanted to build.

I did build the first part of it, so I'm able to generate leads quite easily from approximately 5+ different sources.

But I've been doing things manually with my VA for now.

I'll optimize, reinvest the profits from the first few assignments and build part 2 of the system and scale that shit with automated systems. I think that might take another 2 months.

So unfortunately, all my deals fell through. I didn't manage to sell them. I believe the deals were not quite attractive enough for investors and I couldn't find any retail buyers that wanted them in this high interest environment either. I've also ran out of capital, had let my VA go temporarily, moved back with my wife to my elder brother's house.
