Acting as a commission agent for the supplier is not an easy way to build a business. It is vital to have contacts with users in the US as well as understanding the financial processes so you don't get burnt. You might need storage space unless you can ship direct to the buyer. Iron clad contracts will be necessary.

I don't intend to store inventory and I don't intend to sell retail only bulk.
My business plan is to line up select suppliers, market to potential business buyers and then get actual orders. Then ship direct to the buyer from already vetted suppliers.

A lot of times some courses glamorize the low budget strategy of just being an agent and make lots of money but I suspect most suppliers and even buyers may be reluctant to work that way with people who they don't know yet. (BTW I purchased your PROVEN GLOBAL SOURCING 2021 book) to be continued
