    Not that I am really known well enough to vouch for anyone, but I have talked with Gus on the phone a couple of times and unless someone is impersonating GLC on the boards, Gus is legit- He really owns a ton of apartments and is the real deal. Not sure at all about PerryC07, but Gus is legit.
