6 Figures in 12 Months! How to Free Yourself from Wage Slavery

    HOT!
Thanks NH! What is the typical way recruitment companies generate new business? I've always been curious about that. If you can shed some light on that I'd really appreciate it!

6 Figures in 12 Months! How to Free Yourself from Wage Slavery

    HOT!
I definitely need to brush up on my sales skills My issue I think is being specific in who I reach out to. Giving a speech to a room full of technology executives hoping they have a need for someone to find them talent isn't efficient as I happened to learn the hard way. I think I need to be...

Switching from one slowlane to another

    SLOWLANE EXECUTION
With the hopes of being able to switch to the fastlane. My main goal right now is not to become a millionaire (which would be nice) but to be able to quit my job and not have a traditional 9-5 (which is really 9-7). My story; I spent years as an IT consultant working through a middle man. The...

Motivation: The LONG Grind Turns into a FAST Hustle

    MINDSET
I've experienced the same thing on my end. Took me forever just to build a site. Now I can do so no problem and focus on the next steps. Knowledge and ability to execute is exponential. Once you know how to do "one" thing, you've likely acquired the skill to do many other things as well.

Is this supposed to be inspiring?

Maybe, I dunno. I just wouldn't want to live like a miser for almost 20 years to have to get to early retirement. Also, is the bulk of his money in 401k/retirement accounts? That means he can't liquidate his funds until he is 65. I guess that is the reason his wife still works? *shrug*

    Musings from sidewalk/slowlane mindsets

    SLOWLANE
I'm sure they were thinking about it though. I used to work for a large investment bank where one of the VP's, one of the most miserable people I've ever met in my life used to constantly say in a serious tone how he can't wait to leave the place once he wins the lottery.

    Musings from sidewalk/slowlane mindsets

    SLOWLANE
http://money.cnn.com/video/pf/2014/05/13/how-to-get-wealthy-mos-money.moneymag/index.html?iid=HP_River The only thing remotely coming close to anything fastlane comes from the guy talking about relationships. Where is the talk about offering massive value? Helping others?

Less misery in the slow lane?

    EXECUTION
Upon further research I found out that Ken Rockwell's site is a scam and most things on it are satire (pretty weird for a photography site to be satire as it seems to be legit but isn't). So I feel silly and will no longer be going to his site for information about photography.

Less misery in the slow lane?

    EXECUTION
I had an inkling it was satire but this guy is serious in all his other posts hence why I had to ask. But perhaps it is satire.

Less misery in the slow lane?

    EXECUTION
I came across a very interesting article that details something called the two hour rule. Apparently the two hour rule is a law in America that dictates the maximum amount of work that someone is actually allowed to work. As per the site (link below): The Two-Hour Rule is a law of American...
