WEB/DIGITAL***update*** I submitted one of my posts to redditt and I got darn near 6k website views on it. I was surprised. I'm already up to 400 within the first hr. I need some ideas on how to seize on this uptick of views. Thanks again- Starsky

MARKETINGI decided to go the route of hiring a firm on a as needed basis, they will handle cold calls, initial contact, email database etc. Ill pay them a flat fee retainer instead of giving them a cut of commission. Ill report back on how it goes- Starsky

OFF-TOPICSo much better, like night and day. On maintenance subject, we accomplished this from 6/9-5/10, and maintained our weight/sizes since then with continued improvements on body composition..
