Focus on reading only the top half of words. You'll find an immediate speed up when you do this.

    Beef w/ AdWords

I've started w/ adcenter and they seem to have limited keywords compared to Adwords. Thus far, over the past 2 days, I haven't gotten click through with them yet (w/ over 3K impressions). I've never heard of 7search, I'll have to look into them. Some of the keywords that were rated as not...

    Beef w/ AdWords

I can by the cheap keywords, but AdWords states it will "rarely show" my ads for the cheaper keywords. It seems to be doubling-down (impression-wise) on the most expensive ads.

    Beef w/ AdWords

Using Google keyword tool, I found a niche that had little competition, lots of people searching for it, was cheap (10 cent/click) to advertise to per click. Sweet deal right? Not exactly. The Adwords system is claiming the majority of my keywords are not relevant, although my landing page...

Reasons NOT to become an entrepreneur

Nice post, but I vehemently disagree with Phil. He didn't say it, but it's almost like he's implying you should be an entrepreneur b/c you're passionate about what you're doing. Baloney. I think lots of entrepreneurs once they see success believe they're passionate about what they're doing...

What skills would you develop in the meantime?

Practice trying to convince strangers to buy stuff from you. Getting customers that are willing to pay you (preferably for something that isn't tied to your time) is among the hardest and therefore most valuable skills you could develop.

    HOT!
I just bought Cashvertising from your link. Damn. That book is GOLD! Loving it so far.

How to promote my no upfront pay coaching service?

    WEB/DIGITAL
Create amazing case studies. Then try to get on the 4HWW blog. Use, there I say it, a print magazine advertisement. It may cost a little more, but it will add legitimacy to what you're doing.

Website idea: Hair salon appointments - opinions and advice?

    IDEA
I would say go out and talk to actual people in hair salons. Without talking to them, you could formulate any number of theories to support anything you WANTED to believe. Nothing beats empirical evidence.

Why is Think & Grow Rich Considered a Classic or Must Read?

I've read Think and Grow Rich a couple of times now, and it doesn't strike as a "must-read" book like MJ's book does. So I'm curious, for those who think Think and Grow Rich is a classic, what is it about this book that makes it so great? Secondly, is there any positive thing in your life that...

    Timing of events

If you're post-revenue you definitely want your LLC set up. If you're pre-revenue, in general, you can push off the entity formation.

    multiple money

The quickest way would probably be to provide a service. Check out the "gigs" on Craigslist (or some equivalent) in your area. If you can provide a service for a request--follow up. If you can't find anything suitable, identify a common reoccurring need and educate yourself with $400 being...

    A question about control

I'd say find someone else who can do the work AND teach you. It would be far more efficient than you trying to figure out how to code what you need on your own. Even once you learn the stuff, I'd say still pay other people to do it so you can focus on your core. But in the event hired help...

    Use sidewalkers

I'd say go into the "field." That is, take a day or two and go into actual stores and watch what people are picking up. See what magazines they're picking up. Go into checkout lines and ask people why they're purchasing what they're purchasing, did they shop around, how do they typically go...
