    Domain-specific knowledge, technical things. For example, software books - for some new field. The Kubernetes Book or Generative Deep Learning. Genuinely useful and saved me being unable to use those technologies (both paid later).

    @Mattie I'm coming from a family with a dietitian who also was a personal trainer... needless to say she still runs her 5 km runs at least once a week when she is >70 years old, so consider that as a great health measurement.
