Once there was a guy who was a loser. He decided, "You know what? I hate being a loser. I'm gonna get rich." So he worked his a$$ off. And then he got lucky. And then he worked his a$$ off more. One year later, he had made a million dollars. So he sat there thinking "Wow, why am I still...

    Giving out EIN

In the US you can run a business without incorporating and it gets classified as a sole-proprietorship or partnership. Personally I prefer the American way - makes it easier to start up and test concepts before filing paperwork.

$400,000 Business, Need To Dissolve Business Partnership With My Brother

    HOT!
You have majority control. Pay yourself a salary. Let's say you bring in $200k in profit this year, then pay yourself $200k in salary. No need for dividends. Screw him. And if he decides to sue you: The courts will side with you. Use your salary to pay for counsel. Then wait for him to dig a hole.

For 8 years I have helped ZARA, H&M, The US Government, and More... Import from China

    AMA
They make most of their products in-house. Asian connections are of little value. From their Wikipedia: 50% of the products Zara sells are manufactured in Spain, 26% in the rest of Europe, and 24% in Asian and African countries and the rest of the world.[9] So while some competitors outsource...

Iphone 6 vs Samsung S5 for promotion giveaway

    EXECUTION
This. Unless you've tried giveaways before and know the results, I'd recommend giving away either a product that you sell or that is related to your niche. If your website writes about new phones, then this giveaway will be productive, otherwise consider it a test. Oh... and I'd go with the iphone.

Student Goes Off On Teacher (Rightfully So)

    OFF-TOPIC
This reminds me of my education. I was in the Chicago Public School system where it's encouraged to have kids teach themselves than to actually teach them. One of the results is a 6% college graduation rate (the high school rate was around 50% when I graduated 4 years back). The other result is...
