    No kudos for my Star Wars reference... though crowd... though crowd... But yes it is tricky to get out of, which is one thing that legally needs to be addressed in patent reform. The Patent system needs to be seriously slashed in complexity and time. And to fire many many bureaucrats (as always)

    Have it manufactured in China, they don't care about patents in anyway. Just make sure to grease the wheels good enough. it is obviously not a noble thing to do, i wouldn't do it, alas its been done everyday successfully. Espically for physical products.
