    I would also say no. What you are looking at is web scraping. If the data isnt listed on the page, it may not be possible. Fire up a linux VM and see if you can do it with some bash commands or maybe Python?

    In my previous job, their helpdesk was outsourced to India. It was difficult getting telephone support. In my current "slowlane" position, I work in IT in a factory. They could possibly outsource my job but it would be difficult not having a person on site to troubleshoot.

    Do you summarize the books you read?

    If it is a tech book, I use highlighters and I note on a legal pad along the way. It helps me retain the info a little better. Another way I have found that also helps me retain the info is to type up the hand written notes afterwards.

    My wife bought me one of these for Christmas. That is the risk you take with putting your idea out there before you have it established and patented. I have this idea for a SaaS but that's about all I will share with anyone outside my circle.

    I really didn't know where to post this. What does everyone use as far as catching ideas into notes? Right now I am using a combo of legal pads, spiral notebooks and some on computer. I have ventured into Onenote, Evernote, and Google docs too. Thanks, John

    I have toyed with some scraping tools like that. It should be able to be done in Python or such. Some sites offer APIs to scrape their site for specific pieces of information. This is is the area I have been considering. After a data breach, certain info sometimes shows up on these sites...

    Another place to look for local business contacts is the public record newspaper. I know at least in my town, they public all the new business incorporation and the ones that go away each week. Then user that information to cross reference with secretary of state office corporation look up.
