    I try to meditate daily. I think this is by far the best habit that i ever implemented. (concerning timeinvestment/results.) It doesn't have crazy effects on it's own for me. I don't become super 'blissful' and certainly don't activate my third eye. lol. But it has a strong compounding effect...
