    Nokia sleep app kept saying I was getting 95-100 sleep scores every night and I'd wake up exhausted. Turns out I had moderate sleep apnea and I now use an oral appliance device and the sleep scores more accurately reflect my experience and I'm getting quite a bit more deep and REM sleep.
