22 years of progressive experience in diverse international business environments, I've cultivated a strong foundation in global operations. Throughout my career exploration, I've honed my skills in project management, supply chain management, and customer relationship management across various industries. The primary goal has been to acquire knowledge and insights with the intention of leveraging these experiences in the next future opportunities.

All careers have been centered in Formosa Taiwan, encompassing roles across various company sizes, from family-owned businesses to listed corporations. One thing that remains unchanged is all of the companies I’ve selected to work in, have individual manufacturing abilities. I believe it is a core to be learned that’s why Toyota has “Kaizen”, Harley-Davidson has “MAN”, et cetera all part of a JIT system. As long as there is manufacturing, there are ways for improvement. It will be cost-saving for both manufacturers and customers.

My positive attitude, perseverance, and adaptable nature have earned respect from colleagues and trust from customers alike. I have seized opportunities to work for reputable companies, including a German medical device company and a United States audio & speaker company, among others. Notably in 2009, my tenure with an American company of 14 years stands as my longest-serving commitment.

In the present time 2023-2024 with the trending AI era, it is a handy tool with the right prompts. Assisting work and learning in a whole new direction. I have demonstrated adaptability and versatility across different trades and tools. This vast experience has positioned me to bring valuable insights and skills to new challenges.

I am not seeking to be Jack–of–all–trade, but in any role, this is a requirement in this day and age. The diverse experience across different trades has allowed me to be equipped, with valuable insights and skills to collaborate effectively across different teams and departments.

Personality, I lean slightly towards the introverted and reserved side of the spectrum. This has aided me in being an avid observer adept at identifying details. Do not misunderstand as when there are any doubts or clarification to be made, I will speak up.
