    Hi folks, First post. Working on a mobile app that is doing okay. I'm the sole developer and the owner is the marketer. Should I ask for equity instead of payment for work done? Revenue from app is low as little focus has been placed on marketing it or improving it. Thoughts?

Bought a house in Q1 of this year for ~400k , I think it would go for 500k today judging by other similar properties being sold. Fuel prices are at all time highs. Agricultural supplies at all time highs...
