Should i buy a business (M and A) or start a business in health care sector, medical device industry?
INTROWhether to buy it or not, should be determine by the selling price of the business. May be a PE ratio of 9 is low for a medical device company.(or may be it is too high) On the other side, is the business have any barrier of entry? Can you build another business like it also?- baobie
