Those channels are much more crowded so it's harder to stand out when going after someone in a position of power. In addition to what Kak recommended regarding reaching out to a ton of people in the company, consider going the creative route.
Send a certified letter that requires signature upon delivery. They take this much more seriously. I've had situations where companies go silent on me for weeks then magically respond when they receive certified letters.
