    I think it depends on the area for landscaping. Florida is pretty high end landscaping versus just straight lawn mowing. I also had a pest control company that was well established interested but apparently that industry has a big labor shortage

    Two reasons. The first is because the first locations will be in Florida and I’m in Maryland. The second is because I’m a big fan and follower of Jay Abraham and wanted to try to leverage existing resources (other companies employees, payroll, insurance, etc.)
