HEALTHYou eat multiple meals per day? How much protein per day? I eat plant-base and is hard to keep at least 1 g of protein per pound of body weight 1 g/lb ≈ 2.2 g/kg Mostly because I switched to a one meal per day about a year ago, and now it stuck...
