    Mindset Advice

    MINDSET
I always find the hardest part to get started. It's so easy to get wrapped in your head as to if your idea is worth it or will lead to success. As others have mentioned, the root cause of this is the fear of failure. The fear of not have a successful business, no one caring, wasting a bunch of...

    My future plan - Advice

another point towards taking the slow lane job now (even though it won't be ideal) is to possibly leverage it in a fast lane strategy. For example, you have insights into law that not many other people have. When you start to work in a law job and think from the perspective of a producer, you...

    How did YOU find "Fastlane"?

    HOT!

I want to teach myself something over a few years, and use those skills to make money by being self-employed and providing a service.

    MINDSET
Have you read The Millionaire Fastlane yet? Although this will not provide you direct answers to your questions, it will help train your mindset. As others have hinted at, a powerful transformation can happen when you replace "how can I make money?" to "how can I help people?". TMF will help...

Hardcore truth opened my mindset.Need help on the way forward.

Hi there and welcome! I understand exactly how you feel. I found TMF while in a graduate school program (which I'm still in) so im pretty much in the center of a scripted life right now. The hardest thing for me as well is being around others who are so content with that life and don't want to...

Don't Expect That 2021 Will Be Better

    MINDSET
Great thread with a great mindset towards this year, could not agree more. People who are most excited for this year to be over are looking for something to blame their misery on, and think a new year will automatically take that misery away. Yes, this year has been less convenient than others...

When did you realize the system is rigged?

    NOTABLE!
thats amazing that you really went above and beyond to show potential customers they are valued, which should be how every business operates! When you put the customer first and aim to impact their life, success will likely follow. And in terms of not having the knowledge that it was frowned...

Fastlane mindset, feeling stuck in a Slowlane rat race

    SLOWLANE INTRO
Thanks for reading! Yeah, it's something that's been weighing heavily on my mind lately, but that's what I'm aiming towards. If anything, I will be able to see potential problems within the school system first hand and hopefully create a solution that can be valuable to children and/or educators.

that's a great way to look at it and I appreciate this perspective on graduate schooling. You're right, whatever knowledge I'm learning now can help me even if I don't necessarily work in that career. I'm glad you achieved a positive outcome from your education even if it led to something...
